Riparian areas protection: legislative victory
MCI has benefited from a recent legislative victory in municipal law, the famous “Wallot- City of Quebec” case; this judgement underlined the necessary, positive role that municipalities can play in regard to protecting bodies of water and reservoirs of drinking water, such as Lake Memphremagog.
